Surj Sondhi has over 25 years across value based selling, value adoption and value realization. His strategy consulting experience spans across both European and American organizations, where has worked for companies in the Financial Services, Retail, Transportation, Manufacturing and Distribution industries.

Previously he worked at Oracle, Deloitte, E&Y, and IBM. He received a bachelor’s degree from University of Surrey, England (Mathematics and Computer Science) and a MBA from University of San Francisco, USA (Finance and International Business).
